Freshly collected Lithuanian honey that goes through special procedure to stay soft, then poured into a glass container, sealed and kept in dark, cool rooms.
Creamy bee honey is prepared according to a special technology. At the beginning of honey production, when crystallization usually takes place, the crystals are mechanically deconstructed. That is how honey keeps its creamy consistency. Creamy honey does not lose its nutritional value during this process (like other honey that has been heated or treated in any other way).
Honey is probably the only food product on planet Earth that does not spoil. If stored in recommended conditions you can forget about it for years and it still be good when you remember having it.
Honey is not only a source of glucose, fructose and carbohydrates, it also promotes the release of serotonin (the so-called “hormone of happiness”).
Finally, honey can be used not only for eating or cooking, but also for compresses, face masks, body scrubs, massages or in a bathhouse.
